How are Custom Oval Stickers made?

Custom oval stickers are made directly for you here at Stickers and Decals HQ in the UK. You simply choose your nearest size and quantity and upload your sticker artwork design. Once your order is placed our design studio team will get to work to accurately setup your sticker design for our sticker making machines by setting sizes and adding your very own unique sticker cutline.

We use Pro-Grade Sticker materials as standard.

Once your custom oval stickers design is prepared and ready we will either go straight into print or send you a free design proof to check off first. Your oval stickers are then printed using hi-definition technology onto our professional grade vinyl sticker material. Once your prints are cured we then finish the work with a protective gloss laminate making your oval stickers scratch resistant, weatherproof and durable to snow, rain, wind and sun.

The Sticker Finishing Department

Now printed and laminated, your order is nearly ready to leave us but first your custom oval stickers fast tracks straight onto our high precision Sticker Cutting machines to be cut to the finished shape that you require. Each and every sticker is then checked by one of our wonderful real-life human sticker gurus to ensure perfect quality. Your custom oval stickers order is then packaged and sent directly to your door, on time and in full.
